You ask, I answer

  • At this moment, I work with clients virtually only. That means no commute, no traffic, and no scrambling to find parking. You can show up in your comfiest clothes, wrapped in a blanket, or with a baby in your arms if that’s what works for you. The goal is to make therapy as accessible and low-stress as possible, so you can focus on what matters most: feeling supported.

  • I am a private pay practice which allows me to provide more personalized and flexible care.

Insurance companies often place limitations on therapy, including how often we can meet, how long we can work together, and requiring mental health diagnosis to justify treatment.

By not working with insurance, I am able to:

    • tailor sessions to your specific needs

    • work at a pace that supports your healing

    • protect your privacy without requiring a diagnosis

    • focus fully on your care, not insurance requirements

    • provide a superbill upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement (if you’re unsure about your coverage, I recommend contacting your insurance company to learn more about your benefits and how out-of-network reimbursement works)

My goal is to create safe space that is truly centered around you.

  • Each 50-minute session is $150. I kindly ask for advance notice of cancellations; full details about cancellation and no-show policies are provided in my intake paperwork.

I accept major credit/debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards for payment. Payments can be made online through my secure client portal

  • The free 15-minute consultation is a chance for us to briefly connect, explore your needs, and see if we’re a good fit. From there, we can schedule your first full session to dive into what brought you here and collaborate on your goals. Session are always led by you and designed to be a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard.

  • While my specialty and passion is supporting perinatal and postpartum clients—helping women through pregnancy, postpartum mood changes, birth trauma, and the transition too parenthood—I’m also happy to work with women navigating life changes, stress, or emotional challenges.

  • Yes! Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. What you share in sessions stays between us, with a few legal exceptions (like concern about safety for you or others). Creating a safe, private space where you can be open and honest is a top priority for me. If you ever have questions about confidentiality or how your information is handled, just ask!

  • I offer free consultations at various times throughout the week. Please navigate to a “book your consultation” button to see available times. If any of those times don’t work for you, please reach out—I’m happy to accommodate when possible.

  • This means I support individuals navigating emotionally difficult or traumatic experiences related to pregnancy, birth, postpartum and the reproductive journey. This can include things like high-risk pregnancies, NICU stays, birth complications, pregnancy loss, futility challenges, and the emotional impact of trying to conceive.

With my professional experience in the NICU space, high-risk pregnancy experiences, and the emotional weight that can come with trying to conceive, this allows me to hold space with a deeper level of understanding, compassion, and attunement.

  • Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

If you are uninsured or choose not to use your insurance, your provider must give you a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges before your services begin.

You can also request a Good Faith Estimate at any time.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you may dispute the bill.
