About Me
I am a native Floridan with Caribbean roots, who’s now happily calling Dallas, TX home. I’m a proud two-time Florida State University Seminole, having earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, and am now a licensed therapist in both Florida and Texas.
I developed my expertise in treating Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) through my work experiences in hospital and outpatient settings supporting moms through high-risk pregnancies, their postpartum period, and NICU hospitalizations. I am deeply passionate about the tender and often complicated experiences that come with the perinatal and postpartum periods, and I love being a steady, supportive presence for families during these times.
In my spare time, I love to travel (and hope to one day visit every continent), try new restaurants with friends, and spend time with my family and our fur baby!
