At Her Seasons Therapy & Wellness we offer virtual, one-on-one, individualized therapy for during pregnancy and after birth (also known as the perinatal period) for those living in Texas or Florida.

I’m here to walk alongside you through the ups and downs of motherhood—celebrating your wins, big and small, and holding space for the tough moments too. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership where your unique journey is honored with warmth, honesty, and a dash of personality. I use a variety of therapeutic modals and interventions to help you navigate through the overwhelming feelings that can come during pregnancy and postpartum. Everything is tailored to you and delivered virtually, so you can receive the care you need from the comfort of your own space.

I’m a licensed therapist passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and life’s big transitions.
